Flow Breath is a breath practice combined with music to create a journey of consciousness within using the current of breath and sound.
Practicing this technique, we allow ourselves to snap into presence, into focus. There we can ease depression and anxiety, we can feel lighter and feel free. We are able to enter a state that allows us to see what needs to be seen so we can release what no longer serves us.
